Do unused credits roll over?
Subscription credits reset daily and don't roll over. Credit packs you purchase never expire.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
What's included in Business API access?
Full v1 API for all generation modalities, 60 RPM rate limit, webhook events, and priority queue. Higher rate limits available on enterprise tier.
Do you offer team plans?
Team plans are coming soon. For now, Business plan supports a single account; contact us for multi-seat needs.
What happens if I run out of credits?
On Free: top up with a credit pack or upgrade. On Pro/Business: wait for the next daily reset (00:00 UTC) or top up.
Are NSFW generations allowed?
No. We enforce content policy across all tiers. Use other platforms for NSFW work.
Can I get a tax invoice?
Yes. Settings → Billing → download monthly invoices as PDF.
